Exchange and Returns

We want you to love your Noura pieces. If something isn't quite right, here's how our exchange and returns process works.

Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale items and customised/altered pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
To request a size or colour exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange.

Returns
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect after approval.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
